We offer regular printing and scanning at the HSC Library.


Cost

  • Black/White 2-sided: $.08 per side ($.16 per page)
  • Black/White 1-sided: $.08 per page
  • Color laser printing: $.75 per page

Print now, pay later!

Printing fees are charged to your Gatorlink account. You will be e-billed at the end of the month under ‘miscellaneous’ charges for Academic Technology printing. These charges will show up on your Student Financials account in https://one.uf.edu/.

How do I check my charges?

To view your charges, visit https://charges.at.ufl.edu/. To pay your charges, visit https://one.uf.edu/.

Want to print from your laptop or mobile device?

Visit print.at.ufl.edu. All locations will have a QR code by the printer to scan to release the print job after it has been sent to the print queue.

Scanning

We have a wheelchair accessible KIC Bookeye scanner on the 2nd floor and flatbed scanners available throughout the library. A KIC Bookeye Scanner is a digitize-on-demand system for books, magazines, and journals. Please contact the Information Desk for additional information.

CT Scan Data:
VGStudio Max, a software package for editing CT scan data is available on the workstation nearest to the aquarium on the 1st floor of the library.

Guests

All branches have a scanning option for guest users (anyone who is not a current UF student, faculty or staff member). Please visit any service desk for more information.

3D Printing and Scanning

3D Printing is available at the Marston Science Library and the Education Library. 3D Scanning is available at the Marston Science Library and the Architecture & Fine Arts Library.
